Professional Rental Management

Hello everyone! I'm still very new in my research and really just trying to figure out realistic possibilities. Here is my situation... I'm in the US and retirement is likely 10+ years away. I own rental properties here, but in no way manage the day to day. I leave that to a management company.

My question is if there is a similar possibility in Panama where I can buy property and have it professionally managed while also turning a profit and most importantly do so while continuing to love primarily in the US? Are there areas better for this than others? My preference would be to get something that I would want to use myself - meaning beachfront, Pacific coast and within 60-90 minutes of PTY. I'm thinking this means condo, which I'm fine with but not locked in on. All depends on the numbers.

The main reason I started looking at Panama is the friendly nations visa (plus the infrastructure and medical care upgrade over say Costa Rica and Belize). Am I correct in thinking that going this route will allow me to gain permanent residency with Panamanian passport within a reasonable amount of time? I'd like to get to dual passports ASAP.

I'm looking forward to continuing this journey and want to thank you all for all the information!
