I AM TRYING TO GET SOME FIRST HAND INFORMATION ON OBTAINING A VISA TO VISIT PARAGUAY. SPECIFICALLY. ARE THE ISSUED BY THE CONSULATES IN THE ARGENTINE BORDER CITIES AND HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD ONE ALLOW IF, IN FACT THAT IS AN OPTION.
