How is, or where is the greatest population of English speakers in South America, ie Peru? I am a chiropractor and I am considering moving out of the US. Secondly, where are the best English speaking schools for my kids?

Lima is the answer to both questions! The greatest concentrations of English speaking people in any non-English speaking country is always the capitol. There are at least 4 International schools whose primary language is English and also French,Swiss,Japonese schools.
