Sadly, one of our housemate's adventure in Peru will end in May. For this reason, we're looking for someone to replace him FROM THE 15TH OF MAY

The apartment is fully furnished, with a great view on the park and is located five minutes away from Avenue Benavides (banks, restaurants, supermarkets) and 5 minutes away from Barranco. There is a Metropolitan station real close, as well as two supermarkets.

The room is big, about 15m2, and has a queen size double bed. Everything is included in the rent (internet, cable, electricity, washing machine and water).

There are three other people living in the flat, myself, (swiss girl), and two peruvian guys.

The guys speak English and Spanish and I speak English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

The rent is 850 soles per month (325 $)
