I am looking for city that has little rain close to everything but off the beaten path. This will be a start.

If you want to avoid rain, stick to the coastal cities.

Coastal Peru is all desert... often with high humidity.. especially in Summer.......

sometimes fog,,, but no rain,,

if you see a drop a drizzle,, everyone says awestruck,,,, Rain,,, like it is a typhoon..... ! no rain..!
