Interesting BBB Question :)

Here’s an interesting question for the forum.
I reside in Perth Australia and want to move to the Philippines.
I would have say 2 balikbayan boxes of cloths and personal effects.
No tools or electrical good.
Rather than pay excess baggage on an airline I would prefer to send them via BBB’s due to cost which is very low in comparison to excess baggage (as well as dragging around say 60 kilos in and out of airports). Time is of no concern and expect 6-8 weeks from Perth.
Now here’s the question…
If I were on a TOURIST visa would I be able to address the BBB’s to myself? I doubt it…
If I have to send it to a Filipino friends name and address, as I have a non Filipino name, would that still be acceptable or should both the sender and receiver have Filipino names?
Does the receiver have to be a direct relative of the sender or would a friend do?
Looking forward to any advice.
