Juan: No I'm Juan.......
Stewardes: I mean to say,are you finish?
Juan: No I'm Filipino
Stewardes: I mean to say,are you true?
Juan: What do you see to me I'm false?

My wife and I go through this at least once a day, but we can laugh at it.

At first I had to confirm uh-uh to mean yes for about the first month.

"Would you like some ice cream?" "uh-uh", "Why don't you you want it?"
