You sound like you are Filipino so you should know that an honest lawyer in The Philippines is harder to find than moon rocks. If your husband is a foreigner just tell him to go to some other country and get a divorce. Then both of you can get remarried again in The Philippines.

As far as I know if you get married in the Philippines if you go abroad and get divorced the woman is still married until its annulled here might be wrong tho

there's new law in philippines of divorce issue: Just submit or report your divorce papers in NSO (national statistics office) to have it recorded, or you report that divorce papers in the Philippine embassy (if you're living outside Philippines) to make it ALL legal. No need to do it in court to make it ALL legal and finally executed (which it used to be). For more info, you can talk to a PH lawyer specializing about Family Code (marriage, annulment, divorce etc.)

If a foreign divorce is initiated by the foreign spouse, and the Philippine court certifies it then BOTH parties may remarry in The Philippines.
Talking to a lawyer is useless because when I was looking for a notary to notarize my wife's signature on an America divorce document we talked to at least 15 lawyers who did not know that I could get an American divorce and we both would be single again. Finally 1 attorney did tell us, "We don't notarize divorces here." DUH, she wasn't going to be notarizing the DIVORCE...just the SIGNATURE of my wife. Damn, Ooooonly in The Philippines does the lawyer think they are notarizing the contents of a document when they really are only attesting to the fact that the person signing is present and properly identified when they signed the document.

Incorrect, both parties can remarry after a foreign obtained divorce initiated BY THE FOREIGN SPOUSE is certified by a Philippine court. That law is 20 or so years old and should hardly be news.

Great info. Point of clarification: by foreign spouse do you mean the non filipino (a) spouse? Thanks
