Any suggestions on 1 bedroom hotels in Pangasinan near the beach.in December? Looking to stay a month maybe two. Wife is from the area and we have her mother coming to stay with us. Budget is under $100 a month if possible

Super55 - Need to narrow it down a bit as Pangasinan is good sized, with many beach towns/resorts. However, $UD3/day ($UD100/month) is going to be a stretch to find anything. From what we have paid to be at a beach resort in the Infanta area, with A/C is $US25/day.

I for one could not even imagine putting up my wife and my in-laws in any hotel for 1 - 2 months that only cost $3.33/day.
I won't say there may not be some cheapy place to stay but I don't think for near what you are looking to spend.
When I looked around I only found for around $25/day and up if it has any kind of air con and these are still far from being so nice. I don't think I would want to live there with my in-laws for even a day!
With separate rooms may be even more difficult as the ones I found were with extra beds in one room still and not near to the beach.
I wish you luck friend. Let us know if you find a great deal, OK?

I hear you but we're not looking to stay in the resort or around the city. My mother in law lives in the province so she knows how to live and my wife is in the army she's from the province as well. $100 may be not be much but that's the starting point but we still don't want to go over $350 for a month. I seen a few airbnb from $200 to $450 so hopefully I can find something good enough. We may stay with her aunt for a week and look around until we find a good spot. If we don't find anything we'll stay at the resorts on afvc site

Bolinao is where my wife want's to stay. I know nothing about the place but this is where we would like to find something. We leave in December a little time to get things squared away. So far airbnb has a few monthly stays in Pangasinan under $350. We don't want to go over that because we want to spend our money in other ways. If our price range doesn't fit anywhere I like we will wait until we get there stay with my wife's aunt and look in person. $25 a day is not too bad if it's in the right place may just cut the hotel stay in half and the other half at my wife's aunts place

Supercad55, Have you ever been to the Philippines? Something is seriously wrong here. For $3 a day you couldn't get a hotel room anywhere in the Philippines even 40 years. Maybe you might have been able to find a short time room for a few hours but that's about it. It worries me that you actually think that your budget may be possible. $15 a day with a fan somewhere in the Philippines, maybe. $20-$25 with an aircon possible somewhere but certainly not very nice or clean. Anyone getting an aircon room for $20 or $25 in a resort type of area make sure the first thing you do is clean the filter as soon as you get in the room (actually do this in any hotel room with window type of aircon).

Ace as I said before I've found places for $200 and above so far. But if I find something cheaper I will look into it. I know people who rent for that time frame and pay $50. Again my wife is from the country and her family lives there. We are not trying to live in any resort or fancy housing just basics we're fine with living on the land. We rather enjoy the country and not our rooms.
