Ask her what places in the Philippines she has been able to visit. What place has she always wanted to visit. Communication with any Filipino is always a little difficult and very important to establish from the beginning. Get her to tell you what she wants or likes.

Don't spend all your time at a resort and or wining and dining. You must, need, to see her home and family to get to know her background. After only four months is when I went to meet my wife several years ago and I couldn't be happier now.
Be very careful with your money and wallet and do not leave it on the dresser or in your pants while sleeping because you don't know her yet.
Good luck.

A fancy dinner at the penthouse restaurant of the Marco Polo Plaza - Cebu.

Don't do anything too adventurous because you could make her feel very uncomfortable. You can imagine what it would be like if you go to a high class restaurant and she's used to eating with her fingers.

@Rescuer.
SOME, filipinos calling it Bora. It has nothing to do with liking it,or dislike it. Btw,i like Boracay,I spent a few days there in August,this year.I got to talk to some tourist officials there.I was told,they are spending millions promoting the name of BORACAY and they dont like their island called Bora. In any case,if your name is John,how would you like,if someone called you Dick.

punas55 ~ Every Filipino I know calls it Bora. I've been there a dozen times, and I could care less what tourism officials think. Call me punas55 for all I care, call MacDonalds MacDo, call facial tissue Kleenex, or call toilet paper, napkins, facial tissue, paper towels, and napkins tissue like most Filipinos do. I could care less. Call open and tomorrow bukas, call love and expensive mahal. Learn Tagalog and the culture. What exactly is your point?

Many Filipinos call refrigerators reffs, air conditioning aircon, MacDonalds MacDo, Boracay BORA, etc. I think it's called slang. Call me anything you want, just don't call me late for dinner.

Brutasfatboy,

I, too will be in Cebu and Bohol from about Jan 7 - April 3, 2017. If you find yourself needing a short break from your new friend and want to do lunch, hit me up. You and I are similar age and even though I will also be meeting a lady or 2 there, I would enjoy meeting others to shoot the breeze.
