Medicare debacle

I am experiencing an extraordinarily difficult time with Medicare: misplaced payments, exclusion from Part B, constant requests for payments and long distance phone calls which are non productive!!
Could someone please provide useful suggestions or possible people to contact which may assist me?
Thank you.

Janwillem: maybe I am missing part of the story. Is your claim back in the USA? Medicare does not work once you cross the border.

Larry, I neglected to mention that
after three years I am returning to the US. Not that I have a claim rather that I am prepared so that I may MAKE a claim at some point!! And this past year when I turn 65 I have attempted multiple times to ensure that I remain active in the system. Unfortunately there was a series of random disconnects resulting in my being dropped!!! Thanks for helping me clarify.

Yes that makes sense. All I can suggest is trying the Social Security people at the Embassy in Manila. Not sure if they can help with Medicare. You may have to just go with a wing and a prayer and wait till you are back at your hometown SS office.

I have just had automatic monthly withdrawals from my SS check, once I turned 65, including the prescription drug component. About $120/ month. Wasn't difficult to do online. Not sure what problem is, exactly. Withdrawals continued when I was overseas. Need more detail.
