there are many expatriates services available to mainly english speaking commuters to Poland. Although the numcber of expats has decreased due to mostly political issues the number is expected to rise in the latter of this year.
a friend of mine works for a company that specializes in destination (relocation) service destinations across the world...one of the cities is Warsaw.
