Hello everyone, I am so happy I found this forum. My husband and I plan to move to Poland from America. Do you know what the procedure is for bringing my cat with me? Is anyone in the restaurant business? I currently own a bistro, my husband is a computer systems engineer. Any suggestions? Thanks Lumina

The EU requires that the cat have a rabies vaccination, a rabies titer and a microchip, also a health certificate, to enter the EU. You have to check to see if there is a quarantine period after the rabies titer to enter the EU from the .

Look on the EU website. Also you can contact the Polish consulate nearest you.

Hi Lumina, my family and I moved to Krakow from the states this past August. We took our Golden Retriever with us with out problems. I contacted LOT and asked them what I needed, I also think I downloaded the form from their website. I took that to the vet, got all the shots, the chip, stamps and signatures together for the adventure. When we landed in Warsaw, no one said anything and we just strolled through to our rides without anyone saying anything. I hope your trip goes as smoothly. John.
