hi, im seriously considering moving to poland, any advice on this would be most welcome.i have so many questions i dont know where to begin.

One cannot really answer your questions if you don't know where to start with;
however there is a site about Mobility in Europe you may want to have a look at for it gives you all the info regarding Work laws in Poland etc.
My favourite city is Krakow and there are may Irish people in Krakow. Best regards
