Below you can find job description:

* Customers service in required languages
* Responsible for inbound calls relating to the client’s product i.e.
– be able to answer all customer queries relating to the product
– be able to operate the client’s database system to set up new customer accounts or update existing accounts as necessary
* Processing client/customer queries
* Providing administrative support for the Contact Centre, as and when required. This to include, general administrative duties, invoicing, processing, data entry etc
* Dealing in a professional manner with all clients/customers
* Manage client SLA’s and KPI
* Working to tight deadlines
