I am looking to open a Subway in Lisboa and obtain the development agent. I would be curious on you weighing about the success of this type of operation. Pls state why you think it would or woudn't be successful.

Subways are great, but I don't want to show up in Lisboa in see a subway. If you're trying to get some business with an US style restaurant, why not more interesting. Tex-Mex, southern cuisine, or a sandwich place like Subway.
