My partner and I are about to purchase a plot of land in Vale Da Telha Aljezur. We will then build our house on this land. We are keen to have contact with expats that have already gone through this process who may have recomendations for Solicitors/Architects/Builders. Plus any general information that may help.

Hi Chez

Out of interest has the land already license to build? This can be tricky apparently in this area as building controls very tough.

We are currently having a property built in Vale da Telha, I can recommend builder and solicitor if it would be helpful. If you send me an email I will let you have the details.
