My husband and I are interested in moving to Portugal. I am studying Sonography and he is studying cardiovascular technology. How do we get jobs in hospitals in Portugal? Is it possible without speaking the language? I speak Spanish so I could probably learn easily but it would be harder for my husband who only speaks english. Does anyone know how an American relocates to Portugal and gets into the healthcare field?

Hi My name is Richard, I am English and operate a Relocation business to Portugal. I can possibly help - do you have a particular area you wish to live? if you are studying are you still considered students? Perhaps there is an opportunity for you to live on the Algarve and work across the border in Spain?

Hi Richard, my name is Amy and I'm currently living in Florida, US. My boyfriend and I are going to Portugal for 6 mos. to a year this upcoming February. We will be staying in Lisbon where he already has a job at the US Embassy there. I have a college degree, but do not know much Portuguese. Can you recommend some line of work for me? I would really appreciate any advice you have for us. THANK YOU.
