Long term rentals in Porto area

We are planning on retiring in the Porto area in early 2015, and would like to establish contact with reliable, professional agencies which can help us look for and secure a rental apartment or cottage. Any suggestions from expats who have found good people to work with would be most appreciated! Also, any estimates on what one or two bedroom apartments or cottages would rent for would be welcome. Thanks in advance for all you help. We look forward to being in the Porto expat community in the near future!
