Having owned a small business in another country, I might have some advice but it would depend on first having more background info about what kind of business you are considering, what you know of the location you are looking at and what experience in that kind of business you have.
I have met many people who moved to another country and decided to start a business. Some knew what they were doing at least as far as the business was concerned and some knew nothing at all, they just thought it was a good idea to open a bar or a bike rental shop or a restaurant, etc.
Wherever you go, the odds of a small business succeeding remain the same. The odds are not good. To mitigate those odds, the more you know, the better your chances.
So what do you know Danryan01? Do you know the business? ie. have previous experience?
Do you know how things work locally? ie. have you lived there for some years and worked in similar businesses perhaps?
Do you have enough funding to sustain the business until it can start generating a profit? Or are you hoping to start making a profit right away?
Do you know which locations are the best for the type of business you are thinking of? Have you done any actual research into the demographics?
Do you know there is a market? Again, demographics to support it?
You asked for any advice. Having seen people fail as a result of their not knowing some or all of the above, I don't want to assume you have done your homework. At the same time, I am not presuming you haven't. I'm just pointing out that asking where to rent a shop COULD be like asking for directions to the edge of a cliff. I generally don't suggest anyone give directions to someone unless they FIRST know that answering will not be helping the person to drive OFF the edge of the cliff. LOL
