Hi all! I just moved to Cluj Napoca for a cuple of weeks. I can not really find any expat community so long. Does any exist?

I'm Dutch and living in a village 15 km from Cluj-Napoca,
i've been here from 1996 and i know Cluj very well, better than my English language.
