An agency often takes a small amount and usely you pay an extra month rent in deposit to the owner of the apartment.

You can find both private and Agencies on the page and its specified how much you have to pay.

The best thing is to have somebody who speaks Romanien as many doesnt speak English or answer emails, email isn´t as commen here as western part of Europa. I moved here a Month ago and I found that having some romanian friends helps alot, as these guys are very friendly and helpful!
