Hi. I am planning on retiring in Braila. Have been there a few times and really enjoy it there. Can someone give me some information on health care, long term residence. Receiving my pension from Canada and anything else I should know. Thank you

Right with you, dude, but to Focsani. It seems health insurance is pretty pricey, but I'm American so I already pay a hefty amount now, so I cancel one to buy the other.
