Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me as I'm finding it hard to get the info I need. I am British and my wife is from Latin America. We are considering moving to St. Petersburg and was wondering the requirements we would need to meet in order to be able to get on the plane and move there and not have leave again as a tourist.
