I'd like to hear as well. I know that you should have a business invitation and fulfill the steps to becoming a Russian nation participant, not just an expat (history, language, inter alia).

If you don't have work lined up or are married to a Russian national it might be a bit difficult. To live there you're going to need a work visa that requires your employer to sponsor you. Getting a residency permit is a very long process and not likely to be successful if youre not married to a Russian national and or employed.
