Hi, I will be moving to Jeddah in the next few months and would like to know what average pricing is for a furnished/unfurnished (if one can give me both prices that would be great) one bedroom apartment. Also any suggestions on where one can live. I do not have a family so really do not want to live in a community with only families. Thanks.
