Generally, salaries are determined by your nationality, experience, location and position within the organisation you will be working for.

The reason I placed nationality first is to remind you that Saudi is very much a slave market with over 5 million expat workers in the countries generally of Indian, Pakistani or Filipino nationality earning about $200 per month.

I woud suggest going to a group chat site regarding the area you will be working in Saudia.

I would suggest going to Yahoo Groups at the address listed below and try finding info from other expats living in the location you will be working at.
