Can anyone tell me if I still get paid for the month, eventhough I am arriving to KSA on the 16th. No one seems to have an answer on this side. I will be moving to the Jadawel City compound. Thanks for any feedback or resources to research on this issue

Check with your employer. You should get paid from your day of hire (which may be when you start work, when you leave your home country, or another day as defined by your employer) through the end of the month. Good luck with your new job.
