I have taken a job with KAMC in Riyadh as a paramedic and should be in country by the middle of next week. What I need to know is what type of uniform they wear as I am a bigger guy and I cannot usually walk in to a men’s store and buy clothing off the rack. The recruiter thought they wore dark blue with white t- shirts but she has not worked at KAMC for some time. Does anyone know what color t-shirts they use so I can buy them at home and bring them with me? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to starting my new adventure in KSA.

I work at King Faisal and our group wear navy pants and White shirts. Can u contact them. It would probably be better to bring ur clothes if u have problems finding ur size. I will try and find an email address or phone number and send 2 u.

Thank you for taking your time to obtain the uniform information that I requested and the contact info you supplied. I greatly appreciate it. Unfortunately my mobilization date has been pushed back to Nov 3 due to a misunderstanding between my recruiter and KAMC in regards to an issue with my paperwork. Thanks again. Sincerely John

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for the advice. You must be an ED nurse or have worked in the ED at some point because you are spot on about paramedics and pockets (the more the better).
I have received my e-ticket and will be departing for KSA on Tuesday Nov 3rd.
Would like to thank everyone that has give advice and tips, you guys are great.
Sincerely
John

U R more than welcome. Good luck. Just remember as one other person told u....be flexible and u have to be patent...things are different here so u have to adapt or be adaptable, be flexible, etc, otherwise u will lose ur cool. Just count to 50...Count down...u will be here before u know it. Keep ur cool in the airport, that will be an experience. Sheri
