If you want to go to Dammam, less than 25 minutes away is a great sea food restaurant called Leffanna. This is my favorite restaurant in the whole region. It's is across from the sheraton Hotel in Dammam and next to Alshatea mall, every taxi driver would know those two places. Here is a link just in case:
