Dear friend

I have got job offer from aramco trading for analyst role in commercial trading. I have 13 years of work experience with Graduate and MBA degree, however they offered me with 21500 SR (5600 usd)including housing allowance. Just wanted to know that is it good offer or will they revise this offer? i have rejected their offer since I am getting similar perk over here in India.
What are the chances and what are things need to see in the offer, basic salary, travel allowance, housing allowance, performance bonus....... shall they consider to give housing for family apart from housing bonus?

Typically need to see -

Basic, housing allowance, transportation allowance (if any), ramadan bonus (if any) & any other year end bonuses (if they give).
How many days vacation in a year, etc.
Salary (basic) should increase every year, based on some company wide % that might be linked to performance too. But good to clarify all these things.

The big advantage of saudi is no taxes, so you will save that extra bit if you are paying taxes in your home country.

KSA is quite a boring place in general, people only come here to save some money over a few years & go back home.

Good luck!
