Please accept my appologies if this has been discussed many of times. I am currently undergoing interview processes for a permanent IT career in Saudi, I have not worked away since the birth of my son 7 years ago but believe that now is the right time to give my son and my wife a better way of life outside of England.

I am yet to receive information on where the housing is and schooling so I can research so more information will follow but has anyone else on hear had the experience of moving their families over to Saudi?

My son is 7 and my wife is 26, my wife has worked full time since she was 15, so I think the move will be slightly daunting for her not being aloud to work, how have your families taken to this?

When living in westernised accommodation, do your families have to cover up or is this only when leaving to take the children to school, eating out, shopping etc?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, I appreciate that I don't have a lot to go on just yet as its early days but fear not I will have lots to ask and hope the forum can help.
