Hi,

Can I still live and work in Scotland after the Brexit referendum. I'm an EU national (Malta). How is the situation now?

Answered on the other thread you posted on maltagirl.

You can move today, whether you will be able to stay after the UK and the EU have negotiated the terms of the UK leaving the EU, NO ONE can tell you.

The UK government have stated that there are NO PROMISES.

You will have to decide if you want to make the move given the uncertainty.
