" Hi Corey, It would be useful for you to visit the office of Contact Singapore, if there is one in your city -- it assists in providing information on living and settling in Singapore, and acts as a mini-library for Singapore related information such as Singapore papers (the Saturday edition of the Straits Times is a good source for jobs), education, housing, etc. I believe there are several offices in the major US cities.
