Hi

i am looking for a female to share the condo i am staying in , the condo is spacious and is having all facilities , you would have a private room with queen size bed , air con, furnished and a private toilet
it is close to shopping mall , food court and just right above the MRT of sengkang . it is 20 mins from dhoby ghat and 25 mins from raffles place /city hall and clarkequay

i am funloving easy going person who is very neat and tidy , no habits and i expect the same from my roomates . i am a professional and working in a MNC bank

I'm interested to rent a room from you. Is the room still available? if so, what's the rental cost? would I be allowed to make use of the kitchen facility, etc. ?

I am looking to move to singapore by the first week of May, 2009 and was wondering if you are still looking for a room mate? I work in Advertising and am a single girl from New Delhi, India.
