Car Rental in Singapore

Hi,
We are moving to Singapore in a couple of weeks, I understand it might be better to use the public transport in Singapore.

Unfortunately its not an option for us, anyone have any advice on a car rental companies and rental fees, car insurance, tax or issues to take into consideration. Thanks

Hi, We're relocating to Singapore too in a month or so. We've made a trip to Sing to check things out. We've looked into the car situation as well as using the MRT. I'm curious as to why the MRT won't work for you. Can you elaborate?
