Hi, this is my first time to post a thread. I just wanted to share my bad experience with a property agent and give you an alert 'coz if you are a foreigner and leaving Singapore, it may happen to anyone..

I highly recommend to hire a professional cleaner to clean your apartment before departure and submit a proof invoice.. Otherwise they might take advantage of you and charge for additional cleaning and god knows what.. They deducted more than SGD 3000 for that. (FYI, average rate of professional cleaning service is SGD 350.) Despite the fact that I had a maid cleaning the place regularly and kept the place clean and tidy. It took them 2 months to get back to me and since I left the country, they really abuse me for the situation. This is totally unfair.

So please be alert and protect yourself. Choose a trustworthy agent. The agent I used was Orange Tee. Not recommended. http://www.orangetee.com/Home/index.php
