Moving to Bratislava

Hi,

I'm planning to move to Bratislava in the near future and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is difficult to find apartments and what the price range might be for an average size one bedroom apartment, or if it is uncommon to rent a room and share an apartment. I would like to finish working on a writing assignment for a few months while I am there, and I haven't decided if I will just support myself with my savings for a while, or if I will try to teach English while I'm there.

I taught English at a university for 3 1/2 years in Poland a few years ago, but I'm not certified and wondered if there are any English teachers out there, if you know if it is possible to teach now without TESOL or other certification (I have a BA and secondary school teaching certification).

I would like to talk to anyone out there - I would like to say more, but I've got to rush at the moment.

Hello Penny,

I might be moving to bratislava as well as I am in the process of getting a job offer out there and I was wondering if you were able to get some relocation info i.e. like apartment rental prices roomating options.. electric bills.. phone bills... other country expenses... taxes and work and living conditions etc.
If you can pass any info to me I would appreciate it.
