Hi,
I have been sending my children to XUK for the past few years. It is an English speaking camp. I believe they do offer English lessons but only for those who require them! My children have found that most children are bilingual! http://www.xkeys.co.uk/

There is a new camp set up www.explorercamps.com which is entirely in English. It focuses on having international campers which boosts learning processes, plus they have A LOT of cool activities.
There are other camps within Slovenia that offer courses, however the price is much more expensive and I think you get a lot less for your $$
You can send me a message if you want to know more about camps in this region, I know a fair bit.
Steve
