I am a well-educated (B.B.A., Business; M.F.A, Creative Writing) and -rounded 30-something professional who is looking to relocate to S. Africa (Jo'burg) as early as next spring (March '05), or possibly sooner--if the circumstances dictate!

I am looking for job or career opportunities in the areas of: nonprofit organization (including development) or management; public relations; marketing; writing/editing (publishing); communications; executive-level administrative support; and the hospitality industry.

I have excellent administrative/organizational (MicroSoft Office, type 50wpm, filing, etc.) and written and verbal communication skills, work well without supervision, and am a team player. My work ethic is strong and my personality, friendly and engaging.

Recently, I have been working in the restaurant industry as a server (while working on a creative writing project) and a host in a fine dining atmosphere.

If anyone can offer me any employment leads or agencies (even temporary ones) that might land me gainful employent in the metropolitan Jo'burg area, I'd be most grateful for your assistance.
