I had received some helpful info for my move to S.Africa by a lady named Diane. there was a 'thread' she suggested looking at and reading the info there...now I cannot find it. I believe in that 'thread' there was mention of the type of estimate to get from the shippers which was a BINDING estimate and they couldn't charge you more than this estimate, but it could be less. Do you know of anything like this? Or how I can retrieve 'Diane's' information she wrote.
