How much is the cost of living, is it safe for a woman to live alone? if i cannot find a work and want to stay for around 6 months how much money i need to bring? Can i get job not related to my proffession? Thank you very much hope for ur reply.

You would need to apply for a work permit while living in the States, before going over there. Chances are from what I understand you would only be able to find a job if there weren't any other people who live there (natives) that are qualified. I don't know where the town you mention is located, but if it's close to Joburg I'd be cautious. I think the cost of living is less in S.A. than in the States.

Dear Fatima = king Williams Town is in the Eastern Cape Province. Why KWT ???? Most of people emigrating to SA would like to relocate to Johannesburg(Financial Capital of Africa) and the largest city and is close to Pretoria the seat of Government, or Cape Town (Very trendy and a close society, but very beautiful) or Durban which is a fantastic place and very tropical and in the Indian Ocean it has a large Indian Community. The cost of living is not bad but I am sure less than in the USA. I shop every week and I spend for 4 people plus staff about ZAR 1500/per week and I come out with a trolley full of Groceries. Rent you might pay between ZAR 4000 to 6000 per month. You will need a car to move around, our transport system is not the best. Yes I am sure that you will get a job in your profession we need qualified professionals in any field. The standard of living in SA is excellent we do have a great life style even thou we have officially going into recession. I have lived in SA for the past 35 years and I love it , we do have problems with crime but the government is doing all they can in order to curve this terrible monster. Accommodation in SA is excellent and the weather is fantastic with very mild winters. We do have world class malls and infrastructure...The Government Hospitals are going through a major upgrade but private health is one of the best.....I do hope I have been able to assist you somehow..if you have any further queries please don not hesitate to contact me.
