Hi,

I got married with a Spanish, Now we like to register our marriage in Spain, Can you please help know what will be procedure and thinks I need to do.

I am confuse right now, Every new lawyer 1 called they are saying something new.

From what I can tell you're living outside the country in which case you need to contact your closest spanish consulate to register your marriage.

Thank you for your reply, I contacted Spanish consulate in Dubai, same-sex marriage is illegal in Dubai with jail term of 6 months. So they advise us to register in Spain.
