I've compared several countries for cost of living, healthcare, and Safety.
My primary target locations were Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Spain.
Overall Spain is the top of my list.
Books and the internet will only get you so far. Now I need boots on the ground Intel.
Coming from the US I want live more local after all I will be on a budget.
I lived in Zaragoza for 4 years, Then visited the southern cost for three weeks and loved it.

I was looking at Estepona as a starting point.
