This sounds like an interesting project. I don't know if you are still working on this---I just found this site today. I've lived and worked in all three countries, and there are big differences even between Brits and Americans. Send me a post if you still need help. I must say my experience in working with Swedes has been very positive--I'd be happy to elaborate more if need be.
