Sorry, but I don't know the answer. Sounds typical for CH if you get 2 different answers. It all seems to depend on who you know and/or ask. However, if you find out a "real answer", I would also like to know.

Also, if you figure out how to get out the company retirement without paying Swiss taxes (e.g. rollover into an IRA?), I would also be interested.
