Suburbs in Basel

Hi,

We are looking at moving to Basle and seek advice on good suburbs to live in. we have 2 kids (9 and 6 years). The kids will be going to International School Basel and I will be working in the city. Any advice/names of suburbs to look for and avoid will be valuable. Also is there a good Aussie community/association in Basle?
