Beautiful apartment in Lugano. 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, NEW kitchen,NEW 2 bathrooms,airconditioning, 2 balconies, VIEW is amazing of the mountains and the city. French doors for both balconies . Tile/wood floors. Apartment is in perfect shape. We have to move for job, but would love to stay. The city and the lake are just magic!!!!!
This apartment is in Breganzona, clear air,but still just 10min walk to downtown of Lugano! You can sky just 45min from here!! Rent is 1600 swiss franks plus 250 expenses. Very good price for this apartment, plus the lease is fixed for 2 years!
