We have moved to Kao-hsiung just over the past few months. I am looking for events or places to meet people also living here from abroad. I am meeting many local people and all very nice so would like to expand the friends here. Also, what things should I do and see here? And I would love to learn Chinese, are there adult programs for expats you recommend? I am living in the Qianjin District or near Central Park MRT. Thanks so much for all of your help. Is there a place on this site to find events or things happening in the city?
