Hi,
I'm planning to drive down from Dar to Durban with a couple of friends in June, and I'm hoping to find an old second-hand Landcruiser for sale in Dar to take me there.
Ideally, the car would be registered in SA, as we're hoping to sell it on there once we finish our journey. We would consider Tanzanian-registered vehicles though.
Please do let me know if you know of anything that might be suitable.
Any advice on the route down would also be gratefully received!
Thanks,
Steve

I live in Moshi, have a Landcruiser from 1991, the Safari Version and want to sell it. The car has a Tanzanian registration.

That sounds like it might be a possibility.
Could you give me a few more details about the car (including what sort of price you'd be asking for).
We'll be in Tanz from mid-May. Would that timing work for you?

The car is a safari model with a rooftop to open. The model number is PZJ77, the car has a capacity of 7 passengers, although the papers say 9. The color is white, the year of manufacture is 1990, it is a Diesel. I am the 4th owner and have the car since 2007. I would like to sell it because I do not drive and it is only for my friends to visit the parks. I have 2 or three per year coming and to have the car standing around is just too much for me.It has not given me any problems, only the battery because I use it so little. It is in a very good condition and I would like to have 14000 US for it. I will go at the 11. of May to Europe for a month, so if you are interested you have to come before.
